• Browse by Category: Select Meals, Groceries (Marts), or Gadgets to see available stores near you.
• Build Your Cart: Add items, choose variations (like size or spice levels), and apply addons.
• Seamless Checkout: Once your cart is ready, choose your delivery time, apply coupons, and checkout using your iDeliver Wallet or our secure payment gateways (Paystack, Flutterwave, or Stripe).
• AI-Powered Ordering: Simply tell our WhatsApp or Telegram Assistant what you need (e.g., "Order pizza from Chicken Republic"). The AI will guide you through the process or send a secure "Magic Link" to finalize your cart and checkout instantly.

You can send almost anything! Our standard riders handle fast local, intra-city deliveries like documents, food, and groceries. For cross-city items, our P2P Movers (Travelers) can carry your parcels along their planned travel routes.

• P2P Movers (Travelers): Everyday users traveling between cities who have extra space in their luggage. This is often the most cost-effective way to send items long-distance.

If you travel frequently, you can enable Traveler Mode in your profile. You post your travel route and capacity, and our system matches you with packages going to your destination. It's a great way to earn money while you travel.

We offer flexible handoff options depending on the trip:

• Terminal Handoff: You drop your parcel at the traveler's departure terminal (e.g., airport or bus park) before they leave.
• Traveler Detour: For P2P Movers driving personal vehicles, they may pick up the parcel directly from your location if it falls within their travel route.
• iDeliver Relay: For extra convenience, we can use a local rider to bring your parcel to the traveler's departure point for you.

Trust is our priority. We use:

• OTP Verification: Delivery is only marked complete when the recipient provides a unique delivery code.
• Dual-Escrow System: For high-value P2P shipments, we hold a security deposit or insurance hold to ensure the safety of your items until delivery.
• Tiered KYC: Our Movers are verified through multiple tiers (Identity, BVN/NIN, and Trip-specific documents like boarding passes) before they are eligible to carry high-value parcels.
• Tiered Access: Senders can choose to require a "Verified" or "Trusted" Mover for high-value items, giving you total control over who handles your parcel.

We support secure payments via your iDeliver Wallet, bank transfers, and major payment gateways like Paystack, Flutterwave, and Stripe. P2P (Traveler) transactions are strictly prepaid for your security.

Our in-app Live Support chat is available for every active order. You can also reach out to our AI Assistant on WhatsApp or Telegram for instant status updates or to escalate an issue to a human agent.

Meal Autopilot is our premium subscription service that plans your meals for you. You take a quick taste quiz, and we automatically schedule and order your meals based on your preferences—so you never have to worry about what to eat or when to order.

Yes. You can browse OTC pharmacy items directly in the app. For prescription items, simply upload a photo or PDF of your prescription, and our partners will fulfill it for you.
