Terms of Service
Last updated: 3 September 2026
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES.
Your access and use of the Services constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms, which establishes a contractual relationship between you and IDeliver.ng. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
Introduction
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the access or use by you, an individual, from within any country in the world of applications, websites, content, products, and services (the "Services") made available by IDeliver.ng.
These Terms expressly supersede prior agreements or arrangements with you. IDeliver.ng may immediately terminate these Terms or any Services with respect to you, or generally cease offering or deny access to the Services or any portion thereof, at any time for any reason.
Supplemental terms may apply to certain Services, such as policies for a particular event, activity or promotion, and such supplemental terms will be disclosed to you in connection with the applicable Services. Supplemental terms are in addition to, and will be deemed a part of, the Terms for the purposes of the applicable Services. Supplemental terms will prevail over these Terms in the event of a conflict with respect to the applicable Services. Product terms for Gift Cards, Smart Meals, Prime, and Prime Plus appear in the Product Terms and Policy section below and also form part of these Terms.
IDeliver.ng may amend the Terms related to the Services from time to time. Amendments will be effective upon IDeliver.ng's posting of such updated Terms at this location or the amended policies or supplemental terms on the applicable Service. Your continued access or use of the Services after such posting constitutes your consent to be bound by the Terms, as amended.
Contractual Relationship
IDeliver.ng may provide to a claims processor or an insurer any necessary information (including your contact information) if there is a complaint, dispute or conflict, which may include an accident, involving you and a Third Party Provider and such information or data is necessary to resolve the complaint, dispute or conflict.
License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, IDeliver.ng grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable, non-transferable license to: (i) access and use the Applications on your personal device solely in connection with your use of the Services; and (ii) access and use any content, information and related materials that may be made available through the Services, in each case solely for your personal, noncommercial use. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by IDeliver.ng and IDeliver.ng's licensors.
Restrictions
You may not: (i) remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices from any portion of the Services; (ii) reproduce, modify, prepare derivative works based upon, distribute, license, lease, sell, resell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, stream, broadcast or otherwise exploit the Services except as expressly permitted by IDeliver.ng; (iii) decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble the Services except as may be permitted by applicable law; (iv) link to, mirror or frame any portion of the Services; (v) cause or launch any programs or scripts for the purpose of scraping, indexing, surveying, or otherwise data mining any portion of the Services or unduly burdening or hindering the operation and/or functionality of any aspect of the Services; or (vi) attempt to gain unauthorized access to or impair any aspect of the Services or its related systems or networks.
Ownership
The Services and all rights therein are and will remain IDeliver.ng's property or the property of IDeliver.ng's licensors. Neither these Terms nor your use of the Services convey or grant to you any rights: (i) in or related to the Services except for the limited license granted above; or (ii) to use or reference in any manner IDeliver.ng's company names, logos, product and service names, trademarks or services marks or those of IDeliver.ng's licensors.
Your Use of the Services
User Accounts
In order to use most aspects of the Services, you must register for and maintain an active personal user Services ("Account"). You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction (if different than 18), to obtain an Account. Account registration requires you to submit to IDeliver.ng certain personal information, such as your name, address, mobile phone number and age, as well as at least one valid payment method (either a credit card or accepted payment partner). You agree to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in your Account. Your failure to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date Account information, including having an invalid or expired payment method on file, may result in your inability to access and use the Services or IDeliver.ng's termination of these Terms with you. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, and you agree to maintain the security and secrecy of your Account username and password at all times. Unless otherwise permitted by IDeliver.ng in writing, you may only possess one Account.
User Requirements and Conduct
The Service is not available for use by persons under the age of 18. You may not authorize third parties to use your Account, and you may not allow persons under the age of 18 to receive transportation or logistics services from Third Party Providers unless they are accompanied by you. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your Account to any other person or entity. You agree to comply with all applicable laws when using the Services, and you may only use the Services for lawful purposes (e.g., no transport of unlawful or hazardous materials). You will not, in your use of the Services, cause nuisance, annoyance, inconvenience, or property damage, whether to the Third Party Provider or any other party. In certain instances you may be asked to provide proof of identity to access or use the Services, and you agree that you may be denied access to or use of the Services if you refuse to provide proof of identity.
Promotional Codes
IDeliver.ng may, in IDeliver.ng's sole discretion, create promotional codes that may be redeemed for Account credit, or other features or benefits related to the Services and/or a Third Party Provider's services, subject to any additional terms that IDeliver.ng establishes on a per promotional code basis ("Promo Codes"). You agree that Promo Codes: (i) must be used for the intended audience and purpose, and in a lawful manner; (ii) may not be duplicated, sold or transferred in any manner, or made available to the general public (whether posted to a public form or otherwise), unless expressly permitted by IDeliver; (iii) may be disabled by IDeliver at any time for any reason without liability to IDeliver.ng; (iv) may only be used pursuant to the specific terms that IDeliver.ng establishes for such Promo Code; (v) are not valid for cash; and (vi) may expire prior to your use. IDeliver reserves the right to withhold or deduct credits or other features or benefits obtained through the use of Promo Codes by you or any other user if IDeliver.ng determines or believes that the use or redemption of the Promo Code was in error, fraudulent, illegal, or in violation of the applicable Promo Code terms or these Terms.
User Provided Content
IDeliver.ng may, in IDeliver.ng's sole discretion, permit you from time to time to submit, upload, publish or otherwise make available to IDeliver through the Services textual, audio, and/or visual content and information, including commentary and feedback related to the Services, initiation of support requests, and submission of entries for competitions and promotions ("User Content"). Any User Content provided by you remains your property. However, by providing User Content to IDeliver, you grant IDeliver a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferrable, royalty-free license, with the right to sublicense, to use, copy, modify, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit in any manner such User Content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised (including in connection with the Services and IDeliver's business and on third party sites and services), without further notice to or consent from you, and without the requirement of payment to you or any other person or entity.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you either are the sole and exclusive owner of all User Content or you have all rights, licenses, consents and releases necessary to grant IDeliver the license to the User Content as set forth above; and (ii) neither the User Content nor your submission, uploading, publishing or otherwise making available of such User Content nor IDeliver's use of the User Content as permitted herein will infringe, misappropriate or violate a third party's intellectual property or proprietary rights, or rights of publicity or privacy, or result in the violation of any applicable law or regulation.
You agree to not provide User Content that is defamatory, libelous, hateful, violent, obscene, pornographic, unlawful, or otherwise offensive, as determined by IDeliver.ng in its sole discretion, whether or not such material may be protected by law. IDeliver may, but shall not be obligated to, review, monitor, or remove User Content, at IDeliver's sole discretion and at any time and for any reason, without notice to you.
Network Access and Devices
You are responsible for obtaining the data network access necessary to use the Services. Your mobile network's data and messaging rates and fees may apply if you access or use the Services from a wireless-enabled device and you shall be responsible for such rates and fees. You are responsible for acquiring and updating compatible hardware or devices necessary to access and use the Services and Applications and any updates thereto. IDeliver.ng does not guarantee that the Services, or any portion thereof, will function on any particular hardware or devices. In addition, the Services may be subject to malfunctions and delays inherent in the use of the Internet and electronic communications.
Payment
You understand that use of the Services may result in charges to you for the services or goods you receive from a Third Party Provider ("Charges"). After you have received services or goods obtained through your use of the Service, IDeliver will facilitate your payment of the applicable Charges on behalf of the Third Party Provider as such Third Party Provider's limited payment collection agent. Payment of the Charges in such manner shall be considered the same as payment made directly by you to the Third Party Provider. Charges will be inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. Charges paid by you are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise determined by IDeliver. You retain the right to request lower Charges from a Third Party Provider for services or goods received by you from such Third Party Provider at the time you receive such services or goods. IDeliver will respond accordingly to any request from a Third Party Provider to modify the Charges for a particular service or good.
All Charges are due immediately and payment will be facilitated by IDeliver using the preferred payment method designated in your Account, after which IDeliver will send you a receipt by email. If your primary Account payment method is determined to be expired, invalid or otherwise not able to be charged, you agree that IDeliver may, as the Third Party Provider's limited payment collection agent, use a secondary payment method in your Account, if available.
As between you and IDeliver, IDeliver reserves the right to establish, remove and/or revise Charges for any or all services or goods obtained through the use of the Services at any time in IDeliver's sole discretion. Further, you acknowledge and agree that Charges applicable in certain geographical areas may increase substantially during times of high demand. IDeliver will use reasonable efforts to inform you of Charges that may apply, provided that you will be responsible for Charges incurred under your Account regardless of your awareness of such Charges or the amounts thereof. IDeliver may from time to time provide certain users with promotional offers and discounts that may result in different amounts charged for the same or similar services or goods obtained through the use of the Services, and you agree that such promotional offers and discounts, unless also made available to you, shall have no bearing on your use of the Services or the Charges applied to you. You may elect to cancel your request for services or goods from a Third Party Provider at any time prior to such Third Party Provider's arrival, in which case you may be charged a cancellation fee.
This payment structure is intended to fully compensate the Third Party Provider for the services or goods provided. Except with respect to cab transportation services requested through the Application, IDeliver does not designate any portion of your payment as a tip or gratuity to the Third Party Provider. Any representation by IDeliver (on IDeliver.ng's website, in the Application, or in IDeliver.ng's marketing materials) to the effect that tipping is "voluntary," "not required," and/or "included" in the payments you make for services or goods provided is not intended to suggest that IDeliver provides any additional amounts, beyond those described above, to the Third Party Provider. You understand and agree that, while you are free to provide additional payment as a gratuity to any Third Party Provider who provides you with services or goods obtained through the Service, you are under no obligation to do so. Gratuities are voluntary. After you have received services or goods obtained through the Service, you will have the opportunity to rate your experience and leave additional feedback about your Third Party Provider.
Product Terms and Policy
Effective date: 3 September 2026. These product terms form part of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. They apply to Gift Cards, Smart Meals, Prime, and Prime Plus in the iDeliver app and the official WhatsApp and Telegram bots. By using a product below, you agree to the matching section. If anything here conflicts with a mandatory rule of Nigerian law, that rule prevails. The operator of the iDeliver platform ("iDeliver", "we", "us") issues these products. Times are Africa/Lagos unless we say otherwise. Prices and plan names shown in the app at purchase control over example figures in this document.

Gift Card Terms and Conditions
These Gift Card Terms apply to iDeliver Gift Cards. By buying, receiving, redeeming, or using an iDeliver Gift Card, you agree to these Terms.
1. What an iDeliver Gift Card is
An iDeliver Gift Card is closed-loop store credit. It is a prepaid right to buy eligible goods and services on iDeliver only. It is not cash, a bank deposit, a mobile-money wallet, electronic money, or a payment instrument you can cash out.
How it works:
- You (or a sender) pay for a Gift Card.
- We issue a 16-digit card number and a 6-digit PIN.
- The holder redeems the card once into an iDeliver customer account. The face value is credited to that account's iDeliver wallet as gift-origin store credit.
- The credit is then used to pay for iDeliver orders (in full or in part).
You do not enter the card number at checkout. After redeem, checkout uses your wallet in the usual way (including split pay if the order is larger than your wallet). Gift Cards are denominated in Nigerian Naira (₦ / NGN).
2. Who may buy and redeem
You must have (or create) a valid iDeliver customer account to redeem a Gift Card. Guests cannot redeem. You may buy and redeem Gift Cards in the iDeliver mobile app and the official iDeliver WhatsApp and Telegram bots.
Corporate or promotional cards issued by iDeliver are still governed by these Terms once they reach a customer. We may refuse, delay, or reverse a purchase or redeem where we reasonably suspect fraud, scam, money-laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
3. Buying a Gift Card
You may buy a Gift Card for yourself or for someone else.
Unless we publish different limits in the app: minimum face value ₦1,000; maximum face value per card ₦50,000; you may buy up to 10 cards in one checkout where that feature is offered.
You pay at the time of purchase using the payment methods we show (for example card, bank, USSD, or other enabled gateways). Cash on delivery is not accepted. Gift-origin wallet credit cannot be used to buy another Gift Card. Ordinary (non-gift) wallet funds may be used to buy a Gift Card where the product allows it.
Gift-origin wallet credit cannot be used to pay for iDeliver Prime or Prime Plus. Autopilot food orders may be paid from wallet after redeem.
If you send a Gift Card to someone else, you may schedule delivery up to 90 days ahead (Africa/Lagos). You still pay now. We send the card on the chosen date. You cannot schedule a send in the past.
For accounts less than 24 hours old, we may delay sending a gifted card (typically about 30 minutes) as a fraud control. We may cap how many cards or how much value you can buy in a rolling 24 hours, and we may hold a purchase for review.
An unpaid or abandoned checkout is cancelled. No card is issued until payment is confirmed.
4. Delivery, resend, and purchase history
For a gift, we deliver the card number and PIN to the recipient by the channel you chose (WhatsApp, SMS, and/or email), with your name and optional message.
Treat the PIN like cash. Do not post it publicly. iDeliver will never ask you to forward a PIN to "support", a driver, or a stranger.
If delivery fails, you may resend the same card (we do not mint a new number). Resends are limited (for example five in 24 hours). You cannot resend a card that has already been redeemed, expired, frozen, or cancelled.
You can view Gift Cards you bought (amount, recipient, status, last four digits) in the app or by saying MY GIFTS in the official bot. After send, the buyer does not keep the PIN in history.
If you bought a card for yourself in chat, you may add it to your wallet by replying REDEEM without typing the numbers, where that option is offered. App redeem uses the card number and PIN.
5. Redeeming (claiming) a Gift Card
Redeem requires a logged-in iDeliver account and, unless the chat self-buy option above applies, the 16-digit number and 6-digit PIN. Redeem is once only. After a successful redeem, the value sits in the redeeming user's wallet.
You may check the unclaimed balance while logged in, without redeeming. We do not offer a public no-login balance checker. We do not say whether a failed attempt was a wrong number or a wrong PIN. Too many failures may temporarily lock that card or your redeem attempts.
A Gift Card cannot be redeemed if it is expired, frozen, cancelled, already claimed, unpaid, or blocked for fraud. Redeeming does not transfer claimed credit to another person.
6. Using the credit
After redeem, gift-origin credit may be used to pay for eligible iDeliver customer orders, including food, grocery, parcel, meals (including Autopilot where the order is paid from wallet), and Anything, except as barred in these Terms (including another Gift Card, Prime, and Prime Plus).
If an order costs more than your wallet, you may pay the rest with another allowed method (partial payment). If we refund an order that was paid with wallet (including gift-origin credit), the refund returns to the iDeliver wallet as store credit. It is not paid out to a bank.
7. What Gift Cards are not
You must not, and the product does not allow you to:
- withdraw Gift Card value (or mixed wallet that still holds gift-origin credit) to a bank account, NUBAN, mobile money, cash, or any payout;
- transfer claimed credit to another user's account;
- use gift-origin credit to buy another Gift Card, Prime, or Prime Plus;
- treat the 16-digit number as a checkout coupon or enter it on every order;
- sell, auction, or barter Gift Cards except where we expressly allow corporate programmes;
- buy Gift Cards because someone on WhatsApp, Instagram, SMS, or a call told you to. iDeliver will never demand a Gift Card as payment.
Admin will not deduct or pay out a customer wallet while gift-origin credit remains.
8. Expiry policy
Times are Africa/Lagos unless we say otherwise.
Unclaimed cards (before redeem)
An unclaimed Gift Card expires 12 months (365 days) after it is issued (after we confirm payment), unless a different period is shown on the card, the purchase screen, or the delivery message. After that date, the card cannot be redeemed. Remaining unclaimed value is forfeited, except where Nigerian law requires otherwise.
We aim to send a reminder about 7 days before an unclaimed card expires. Failure to receive a reminder does not extend expiry.
After redeem (wallet credit)
Current policy: once redeemed, gift-origin credit in the wallet does not expire by a second countdown, unless we later publish a change under "Changes" below. If we later enable claimed-credit expiry, we will tell you the period, remind you before that date, and unused remaining gift-origin credit may then be removed from the wallet. Ordinary (non-gift) wallet funds are not taken by that expiry. There is no cash alternative when a card or credit expires.
9. Lost, stolen, frozen, or cancelled cards
Unclaimed Gift Cards are bearer instruments until redeemed. If you share the number and PIN, anyone with an iDeliver account may be able to redeem them. We are not obliged to replace a card that was redeemed by someone who had the secrets, except where the law requires.
If an unclaimed card is lost or you suspect theft, contact us promptly. We may freeze it so it cannot be redeemed. We cannot freeze a card that has already been claimed. We may freeze or cancel an unclaimed card for fraud, chargeback, failed or disputed payment, or legal requirement. Claimed cards cannot be cancelled or un-redeemed back into a new PIN.
10. Refunds and unused value
Gift Cards are non-refundable after successful payment, except where: we failed to deliver the card and cannot complete a resend; we cancelled an unclaimed card for our error; a payment was not captured or was reversed by the gateway; or Nigerian law requires a refund.
Any refund we make of a Gift Card purchase is to the original payment method where the gateway allows, or another method we reasonably choose. We do not pay claimed gift-origin wallet out to a bank. Unused unclaimed value after expiry is not paid to you.
Promotional or goodwill cards issued by iDeliver at no charge may be cancelled or expired on the terms stated when they were issued.
11. Our liability
Our total liability for any Gift Card is limited to the face value of that card, except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that Nigerian law does not allow us to limit.
We are not liable for your loss of the number or PIN; redeem by a person who obtained the secrets; delay or failure of WhatsApp, SMS, email, or a payment gateway; orders placed after redeem (those follow ordinary iDeliver order terms); or scams in which a third party tricked you into buying a Gift Card.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act and other applicable Nigerian law.
12. Privacy
We process buyer, recipient, and redeem data (including phone, email, last four digits of the card, and wallet transactions) as described in our Privacy Policy, to issue, deliver, redeem, prevent fraud, and keep accounts.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version on ideliver.ng (or in the app) at the time you buy a Gift Card applies to that card, except that operational limits (amounts, channels, fraud controls) may change prospectively. If we introduce claimed-credit expiry, we will give reasonable notice before it applies to newly redeemed credit.
14. Contact
Questions, freeze requests, and failed-delivery reports: support through the iDeliver app, the official WhatsApp or Telegram bots, or the contact details on this site. Please quote the last four digits of the card and the purchase or support reference. Do not send the full PIN in an email or public ticket.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction, without limiting any non-excludable consumer forum.
16. How unused Gift Card value is treated
When you buy an iDeliver Gift Card, we hold that amount as store credit, not as a sale of food. If you redeem it, it stays as store credit in your iDeliver wallet until you place an eligible order. If you never redeem the card, it expires 12 months after purchase and the unused value is not paid out to a bank. Redeemed wallet credit does not currently expire. Gift Cards cannot be withdrawn as cash.
In our accounts: money received for a Gift Card is a liability until it is spent on an eligible order, the unclaimed card expires, or the unclaimed card is cancelled. Expired unclaimed value is unused store credit (breakage) and is not paid to you. A cancelled unpaid checkout never becomes a Gift Card.
Smart Meals Terms
Smart Meals includes Smart Alerts (free) and Autopilot (paid premium). It is food-only. It does not order grocery, parcel, pharmacy, or other modules.
SM1. Smart Alerts (free)
After you complete a taste profile (likes, allergies/diets, budget, mealtimes), we may send reminders before breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner with a suggestion. You choose whether to order. Nothing is charged unless you place an order.
Alerts are typically around two hours before a slot (Africa/Lagos). You can ignore them. Turning off notifications or deleting your food profile stops new alerts.
Suggestions are filtered by your profile and delivery area (about 25 km). Variety rules try not to repeat the same dish for about seven days or the same restaurant for about three days. Filters are best-effort.
SM2. Autopilot (premium)
Autopilot is a paid subscription on your account:
- Individual Autopilot — one eater on the account.
- Family Autopilot — the account holder manages meals for several people (up to six profiles), each with their own diet, allergies, and budget.
The fee and period are shown at purchase (typically 30 days). Default list prices in the product (admin may change them) are about ₦1,000 / month individual and ₦2,500 / month family. You pay from your iDeliver wallet and/or a saved card where offered.
Auto-renew is on by default unless you turn it off. We try the saved card first, then wallet. If we cannot collect, you have a short grace (about 24 hours) then Autopilot downgrades to free Smart Alerts. We do not place Autopilot orders after that.
You may cancel Autopilot, pause a meal, skip a meal, swap a dish or restaurant, or turn Autopilot off. You may delete your food profile. Cancel stops new paid cycles; a paid period already started is not refunded except where law requires.
SM3. How Autopilot orders work
Each evening (about 20:00) we build tomorrow's plan. You may review it until soft lock at 00:00 the meal day, and hard lock about two hours before the planned order time. After hard lock, that meal cannot be swapped. Pause/skip follows the same lock rules.
If you do nothing and Autopilot is on, we place the order and pay from your wallet only. We never silently charge a card for a meal order.
Wallet safety: we only place a meal if the wallet can cover the planned amount and it is within your budget cap. If the wallet is too low or the plan is over cap, we skip that meal (we do not place a half order) and we try to tell you. Default caps (admin may change): low about ₦2,500 per meal, medium about ₦6,000; high is unbounded.
If a restaurant is closed or an item is unavailable, we may substitute a similar item or skip the meal. We are not liable for a skipped meal, a substitution you dislike, or a late delivery by the restaurant or rider — ordinary order terms apply once an order is placed.
You may rebuild tomorrow's plan a limited number of times (about twice per 24 hours).
Gift-origin wallet credit may pay Autopilot food orders. Gift-origin credit cannot pay Prime or Prime Plus fees. Autopilot subscription fees are charged from wallet/card as shown at checkout.
SM4. Allergies, diet, and health
You are responsible for keeping allergy, diet, and family-member profiles accurate. We use them to filter suggestions. We do not guarantee an allergen-free meal. If you have a serious allergy, check the restaurant and dish yourself before eating, and pause Autopilot if you are unsure. iDeliver is not a medical or nutrition service.
SM5. Data
We store your taste profile, slots, family labels, budgets, and meal history to run Smart Meals, as described in the Privacy Policy. Deleting the food profile stops Autopilot and Alerts for that profile.
Prime Terms
Prime is a customer membership that can waive the delivery fee on eligible store orders (food and similar store modules). It does not waive parcel, P2P/traveler, or module-wheel fees. Vendors do not subscribe to store Prime.
P1. How you join
You need an iDeliver customer account and, for the usual path, a saved card. We may place a small authorisation and reverse it when you add a card.
Free trial: where offered, you get one trial (default about 30 days) once per account. After the trial we charge the intro fee (often a discounted monthly fee for a set number of intro months, default about 50% off for about three months), then the standard monthly fee. Example list price in settings is about ₦2,500 / 30 days; the amount shown in the app controls.
Trial is once. If you have already used it, joining is a paid start. Gift-origin wallet credit cannot pay for Prime. Ordinary wallet may be used where we offer a wallet path.
P2. What you get
While Prime is active, we waive delivery fee at Prime-eligible stores if the order meets any minimum order we publish (may be ₦0).
The rider is still paid. The waiver is a platform subsidy. You still pay items, packaging, tax, tips, and any fees that are not delivery.
Parcel, intercity traveler/P2P, and ineligible stores are not included. A store marked not Prime-eligible does not get the waiver. Badges or "levels" on Prime are cosmetic only. They do not change the waiver.
P3. Billing cycle, cancel, fail to pay
The cycle is about 30 days. Auto-renew charges the saved card (or wallet if that path is enabled) at period end.
Cancel turns auto-renew off. Perks continue until the end of the paid (or trial) period. There is no pro-rata cash refund of unused days except where law requires.
If a renewal charge fails, the subscription may go past due and then expire (about seven days after the period end if still unpaid). You can join again.
You may hold Prime and Prime Plus at the same time. They are separate products and separate charges.
Prime Plus Terms
Prime Plus is a membership that can waive the delivery fee on local same-zone rider parcels, up to a quota each cycle. It does not cover store food delivery, intercity traveler/P2P, or cross-zone parcels.
PP1. Who can join
Customers (where enabled) and eligible vendors (with or without a store, as we configure) may subscribe. A vendor's Plus quota is tied to the linked customer identity. Store merchants do not get store Prime by buying Plus.
Plans and prices are those shown in the app (examples in the product: 30 local deliveries / ₦30,000 per 30 days and 70 / ₦80,000). Admin may change plans.
PP2. Billing
No free trial. You are charged now (saved card or ordinary wallet). Gift-origin wallet credit cannot pay for Prime Plus.
Cycle is 30 days. Unused quota does not roll over.
Upgrade mid-cycle: you pay the full new plan fee and the quota resets to the new plan. There is no pro-rata credit of the old plan except where law requires.
Cancel turns auto-renew off. Remaining quota and waiver stay until period end. No cash refund of unused quota except where law requires.
Failed renewal: local sends become pay-as-you-go until you subscribe again. We do not block sending when quota is exhausted; extra local parcels in that cycle are charged normally.
PP3. What is waived
Only local rider parcel in the same zone (pickup and drop-off). P2P/traveler and different-zone parcels are never waived.
Each waived send consumes one quota slot. The rider is still paid; the waiver is a platform subsidy.
If a waived Plus parcel is cancelled before pickup, we restore one quota slot for that cycle. Vendor-placed local parcels use the same rules; pickup is the store address where applicable.

You give your approval to IDeliver for it to assign or transfer these Terms in whole or in part, including to: (i) a subsidiary or affiliate; (ii) an acquirer of IDeliver's equity, business or assets; or (iii) a successor by merger.
